A.W.A.K.E. in Toledo


A.W.A.K.E. (Alert, Well, and Keeping Energetic) is a FREE support group offered by The Regional Center for Sleep Medicine. Alert, Well, and Keeping Energetic seeks to bring individuals together, along with their families, and friends who have been affected by sleep apnea for support and exchanging of information. Together members help each other by sharing similar interests, concerns, and solutions.

The A.W.A.K.E. group is associated with and follows the guidelines of the American Sleep Apnea Association (AASA).


“The AASA is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating the public about sleep apnea and serving people with this common disorder as well as reducing injury, disability, and death from sleep apnea and to enhancing the well being of those affected by this common disorder”.

The group is free and open to the community. Refreshments will be available. Registration preferred so we know how many to expect and how many refreshments to bring; however, walk-ins always welcome.
