Every year, millions of people experience fatigue, irritability, depression, lack of concentration and memory loss, unexplained pain, lost productivity, car and workplace accidents-all due to sleep disorders. Such symptoms can adversely affect your job, marriage, health, and quality of life. Yet, many people do not seek professional help because they do not take their symptoms seriously or realize that it is available. If left untreated, some sleep disorders may increase the risk of high blood pressure, heart attack, or stroke.
